SkorA Juara ("the app", "we", "us") is an SPM exam-preparation app operated by SkorA Labs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information (only if you sign in): when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. Signing in is optional — you can use the app without an account, and your progress is then stored only on your device.
Phone number (optional): if you choose to provide it, we store your phone number to contact you about your studies. You can skip this.
Learning data: your practice activity — questions attempted, answers, revision schedule, streak, points, goals and focus chapters — so we can track your progress and show your predicted grade.
Technical data: a Firebase user identifier and basic app/device information used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account and sign you in.
To save your learning progress and sync it across your devices when you are signed in.
To calculate your predicted grade and personalise your daily practice.
To show a leaderboard. The leaderboard displays only your name and points to other signed-in users — never your email, phone, or any other personal data.
To respond to you and provide support.

How your information is stored and shared

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except our service providers (Google Firebase) who process it on our behalf to run the app, and where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and learning data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing us at the address below; we will delete it within 30 days.

Children

SkorA Juara is intended for secondary-school students preparing for SPM (typically aged 15 and above) and their parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Use the app without signing in (progress stays on your device).
Skip providing your phone number.
Sign out at any time from the Profile screen.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
