Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your SkorA Juara account and the data associated with it. It applies to the SkorA Juara app (package com.skoralabs.juara).

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the app → Profile tab → Delete account → confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated data immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Email us from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete my account":

Please send the request from the same email address you used to sign in, so we can verify the account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, and Firebase user ID).
• Your phone number, if you provided one.
• All of your learning data: practice history, answers, revision schedule, streak, points, goals, focus chapters and badges.
• Your entry on the leaderboard.

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep (if any)

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, transaction records for a paid subscription). Any such records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.

Delete without an account

If you used the app without signing in, no personal data was ever sent to us — your progress is stored only on your device. To remove it, simply uninstall the app or clear its storage in your device settings.
